About our "housing crisis:" the real crisis is that the average wage earner in America can't afford to live in a suitable home. THAT is the crisis: the unbelievable betrayal of the American worker by an economic system that doesn't care, & a govt. that's been willing to conspire.

Yes we have big housing issues, but the major problem is NOT malice by either corporations or government. The best approach is to incentivize businesses to relocate to low-housing-cost areas. Would also lower prices where businesses moved away from. zillow.com/homedetails/18640…

Every industrialised affluent country has this problem - greed at the expense of everything else. We've lost sight of our collective humanity it's been heading that way for a long time especially with the escalation & distraction of technological world. Ppl need an awkening. Now.

I got f... up...I was one of those people without any knowledge(idiot) who bought a house without knowing that the freaking house was overpriced but I was so happy to be approved...know I got stuck with a 30 years mortgage of a 113 years old house which is falling apart.

Will you examine where this disparity is most prevalent? In Democrat run cites where the "elite" live lavishly while tent cities grow around them. Why is that? Why would you address localized crises on federal level? Why punish good people for liberal policy failures?

Banks designed the perfect way for Americans to become renters instead of true owners, through a 30 year mortgage system that enslaves us by refinancing the mortgage.

Financially rich being confused for a good life. It would seem the "leaders" of our country have no interest in the shadow and doing their own work. They fear those things greatly and don't even know it. Blame others, create chaos, and spread animosity vs introspection.

I think the real problem is housing cost keep esculating. What was once affordable no longer is. I have seen this in my own Midwest neighborhood. My sister left San Fran because her high paying job from both herself and her husband, could longer afford to live in their house.
