Millions of American children live in chronic trauma and we should be rescuing them no differently than if they were victims of a natural disaster.Millions go to school every day hungry, in schools that don’t even have adequate school supplies to teach a child to read. #Bigtruth

#BigTruth is that you are NOT ready nor are you qualified to lead our country. Please withdraw from the race. Love and light are great, but it will not save our country.

True - but let's not forget we need to have health care for anyone that comes here illegally.

Thank you for giving visibility to the issue of childhood trauma. If we looked at policy from this lens and acted accordingly, we would have healthy compassionate and engaging places for children to live and learn. And we certainly would end the practice of caging children.

I’ve been a supporter of your perspectives for years thanks to Oprah’s introduction via her shows. You parted the debate’s political banter with insightful truth! I’m so proud of you!

As a former teacher I saw it first hand. We owe it to these children to provide effective trauma treatment-such as EMDR. ❤️and value your wisdom, vision and spiritual/emotional intelligence.

The only real essential for kids to read is parental involvement. Being read to everyday from a book, will make a kid see books as magical. We don't need to push mountains of cash to fix this.
