Yes! We must not lean towards fighting disease with toxic medicine that has secondary irreversible effects..we need nutrition and natural holistic treatment to strengthen our immune system, prevent disease, maintain health, and reverse damage when possible

Finally someone mentions that the US gets more chronic disease than other countries. Just look at the top 10 causes of death in the US and look up academic sources on what causes them. Saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium, IGF-1, and processed food. Stop animal agriculture.
