As a personal trainer, I agree with this statement. We need to focus on helping people live healthy lifestyles. Americans are dying because of obesity and heart disease.

Yes, the basis of western medicine is treatment of illness. Think about it.. would we need physicians if we were all healthy? We need more nutritionists, healthy living coaches.
