We’re perpetrating a huge human rights abuse against children at the border. This is our country; we cannot farm out our conscience on this or on any other issue. Look at it, feel it, then call your representatives to demand action to stop this horror. google.com/amp/s/www.nytimes…

I've just called the offices of my senators and my congressman. Unfortunately, legislative fixes are being held back by Mitch McConnell in the Senate. Also, this disaster is being fueled by the callousness of the executive branch. Asylum seekers are not criminals.

This shows the hugh scope of the problem of people being able to just walk across the border in many areas, then just sit down and wait to be picked up by border agents. They have to be fed, can ask for medical care, and most do, which they get for free, then hope they can stay.

Send them back. At the same time you should take a trip to Venezuela. See the results of socialism up close and personal.

This is heart breaking - No innocent child should be treated this way. For those who think this is OK, let them drop off their children or grandchildren for a stay. How can we be so heartless? How can we stop the madness? The answer is NOT by looking the other way! #marianne2020
