Also when asked why you are the best person for the job please let them know why you are instead of saying, "I'm not better than better than any of the other candidates." or something along those lines. Please just STATE why you are our BEST choice. Time to fully OWN it Girl! 馃憡
I believe we鈥檝e past the stage trying to justify or explain to others what makes you the best candidate for the top job. Yes, you鈥檙e outside the system - & frankly that鈥檚 your greatest strength. Just as being outsider was for Lincoln too!
