The status quo of "disease management" is a tragic state of affairs

I imagine, a future beyond greed & aggression where food is clean, water is pure, drugs are not self interest promoted on television, mindfulness & meditation are taught in public schools, the aging have clean environments in nursing homes. I have a lot imagined . #Marianne2020

The incentives are wrong. A profit motive drives research into long term treatments rather than cures. We need a system that is based on better health outcomes rather than monetary gain.

Sickness care is overstating it. We have 30 million with no means to acquire basic care and another 40 million being soaked for hundreds/month in premiums so they can lose everything trying to pay obscene costs when they DO get sick. #SinglePayer #SinglePayerOrBust
