We have a free press. Media are free to cover whomever they think is a legitimate candidate. When the media fail to cover candidates that people find interesting, people are going to switch to other media. 1/3

The media in many ways made the Trump candidacy by giving huge coverage to some of Trump's more outlandish behavior. The media was certain that this coverage would hand the election to Clinton. The media made Trump because they don't know the American people.

3/3 The situation is different with social media that has created a monopoly and claims to be unbiased. For social media that built a business on free speech to then suppress a perspective is wrong and should trigger anti-trust investigations.
