I agree with Booker & Harris: it’s time to up the fight against NRA obstruction towards common sense gun safety legislation. We MUST AND WILL have universal background checks, outlaw bump stocks & ban military assault weapons. Also why I think we should lower the voting age to 16

Marianne, what you and many others don't seem to understand is the NRA is about 6,000,000 people who have hired the NRA to fight the lefts unconstitutional attacks on gun rights! You said ban assault weapons. How do you interpret this? This is specifically talking assault weapons

I don’t attack the Second Amendment. I don’t attack the right to own a car either, but I believe there should be traffic laws.

This is Heller. This is already ruled on, weapons that have a reasonable relationship to the preservation of the militia are legal. And though we don't have full automatic weapons,semi automatic weapons would have a relationship to the preservation of the militia.

How can you legally ban a type of gun that Heller specifically says people can have? As for laws we have thousands upon thousands of laws.

If you would, I'd really like your opinion on banning something Heller has already addressed. Many have said they will ban assault weapons but no one has addressed assault weapons and Heller.
