Not too quick... too long. Get an audience of 20 to watch a staged interview with your typical answers. Have cameras on the audience. Watch when their attention wains. Do a recall test afterward.

Your talk speed and coverage was perfect. We must ask the voter to receive a wiser message and this means expecting maturity and effort from the voter. Don’t listen to people suggesting you talk down. Speak up.

Great job Marianne. I love the fact that you don’t talk in bullet points! That “depth” is just one of many things that separates you from the herd. That “depth” creates real conversation and understanding of a particular issue, as opposed to the nodding heads of ignorance.
