What's your view on the death penalty? A needed punishment for heinous crimes or state mandated killing? When is terminating a fetus killing or not killing a human?

I feel that the collective environmental catastrophe could end if we instituted a worldwide ban on giving birth, and implemented the ban with temporary vasectomies for all males.That coupled with a global environmental marshal plan. But I have no right to control anyone's body.
