Students have been taught their country, its founders & heroes, their religions are evil for the past 30 years. Meanwhile, video games (1st person shooter), movies, & TV glorify death & violence while electronic devices minimize social skills. What did you expect would happen?

A call for a day of atonement is not necessarily something I want from my political representatives, maybe not even my 'cult leader.' Maybe tomorrow can be set aside to celebrate (or seek to atone for) the Liberation of the Venezuelan People('s Oil).

No one connects mass consciousness, political economy and democracy's failings as @marwilliamson. More leaders must learn the connection between truth reconciliation; atonement and peace; captialism and compassion from her @amyjccuddy @BreneBrown

My father fought in World War II. That is not what I am talking about at all.I have great admiration, respect and gratitude for those who have served in our military.
