We should legalize marijuana & release nonviolent offenders who’ve been incarcerated because of it. The most dangerous drug dealers in America are legal pharmaceutical companies that knowingly overmanufacturer, falsely advertise & promote overprescription of addictive substances.

Right - as is Cocaine - all DRUGS should be a FREEDOM of CHOICE for adults on PRIVATE PROPERTY when there is np victim. People who lock people up or advocate locking people up AS CRIMINALS when there is NO VICTIM are in fact NAZI like and history will TELL THAT tragic tale....

I think we’ve yet to see the serious ramifications of the legalization of marijuana, especially with our youth. I know as a recovering alcoholic, sober for almost 40 years, the pot that’s being sold today is so much more dangerous. I agree however with your post.

Alcohol is the worst and it continues to be the "social" elixir. My God, marijuana laws and penalties need to be priority #1.
