not just racism. It IS a systematic disabling of a race. Gerrymandering (state/federal) segregated communities. Legally people of color could be murdered with "I was scared" excuse. Generations snuffed out. My ggf had to carry gun @ 10 to stay alive bc KKK. Where's understanding?
