Yes!! Universal Law: Cause and Effect. Prime example in failure to recognize: the inane War on Drugs. Lament, fight, war & profit (of course they do!) abt the effects to eternity yet until the causeS are faced AND remedied the effects rage on. America has an inept REaction focus.
