Be very clear. To such as these, a $270M fine is basically chump change; nothing more than the cost of doing business. The American people should not be fooled into thinking that justice has yet been done here. Pharmaceutical companies should be saving lives, not destroying them.
This is a step in the right direction, but $270 million doesn't even come close to atoning for the hundreds of thousands of Americans who have died from the opioid crisis thanks to greed-driven companies like Purdue Pharma, led by the Sackler family. washingtonpost.com/national/…

Drug companies are the biggest drug dealers out here!

Seems they have their trolls constantly in edit wars on Wikipedia to discredit any competition and attack holistic doctors/their websites for sharing nutritional remedies. Holistic articles are disappearing online. What would stop them from throwing out studies they dislike?

At the very least when a co knowingly puts lives in danger the co should be shut down & people who approved actions must go to jail for homicide. As long as money is allowed to be valued over peoples lives these cases will keep happening!

Eh. Opioids contribute to #WhiteGenocide just like climate change. We need a longitudinal study to see if this is really a bad thing 😆😆😆✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿
