Only way to counteract the results of having done some bad things is to do some really good things. That’s why we need to rescue millions of traumatized children, pay reparations for slavery & create agenda of peace creation. Nothing short of profound love will correct our path.

Great ideas. I feel that a focus on equity vs reparations would be more lasting. There is no real reason that ALL schools cannot deliver a quality education for example. ‘Rs’ are short term. Teaching a corrected history is a long term solution that leads to awareness, kindness.

I am going to count some past good deeds: Hundreds of thousands dying to save the Union and free slaves in the Civil War; same to stop the Nazis; rebuilding Europe post-WWII; “peace creation” via Cold War and crushing communism; capitalism lifting tens ofmillions out of poverty.
