Most advanced nations have grounded their fleet of Boeing Max 8, yet the United States has not. Why? Because the FAA now serves Boeing’s interests before it serves ours. This is how our country works now in situation after situation. I support the Senate move to ground the fleet.

I'm flying today and am on a 737-800 thankfully. If I was on a Max, I'd reschedule the flight, 100%.

But they were delayed until April, the Wall Street Journal reported Feb. 10, because of “engineering challenges,” “differences of opinion” between federal and Boeing officials, and the 35-day government shutdown, during  which “consideration of the fixes was suspended.”

FAA administrator, Daniel Elwell was VP of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) from 2008-2013. In this role, Elwell represented civil aerospace manufacturing interests of more than 300 AIA member companies, including Boeing....Hmmmm...🤔

I'll bet every Boeing engineer is changing their upcoming '737-Max' flights to an Airbus.

Reminds me of Universal Health Care, or lack thereof. 33 out of 34 OECD members offer health care as a right! Every other advanced nations are putting safety of people over corp interest. Watch 1st 5 mins of @maddow and tell me it's safe to fly the 737Max youtube.com/yUidpjr8Xzw
