Let’s be clear @BernieSanders is not for #ados Black America 🇺🇸 receiving any recompense for slavery. Also he would add native Americans to reparations. He’s gonna have a hard time without the #ados vote We coming for our check like MLK said. Our Agenda: Ados101.com

Y'all are being hoodwinked. Any canidate running can say they support reparations, but none of the canidates have a actual plan on how to get that put into law. Its politically expedient to just agree to get the black vote.

At min they can support a Commission with a short timeline to provide a report on the history of injustices directed against black American descendants of the enslaved in the US and a well-developed plan for reparations. I believe both @marwilliamson and @juliancastro have

Then they should ask that question and they might get a different answer. Jumping ahead to straight reparations demands without figuring out what that would look like will likely not gather much support, especially in a presidential race. How could anyone be surprised by that?

The question is basic to the point. "Do you agree with reparations for ADOS or not?" If they "Yes" THAT'S when we ask "Do what does that look like and how will you administer it" we aren't economists or law makers, we are the voters and they are the candidates who need our votes.

You are the only candidate who is really getting behind this which has to be admired. Yoi don't know how to exactly realize it either and ask for a commission of experts. That should be the first step and the question asked imo. Let's see their plan & then see what can be done.

This isn’t about asking a commission of experts. It’s about appointing a council of experts who would decide on how funds are best disbursed to allow for economic & educational renewal. Obviously it would take much study for them to decide, and their selection would be critical.

Thanks for the correction. It is actually what I meant and worded the wrong way. I feel this should be the first step. Expecting someone to promise something before it is figured out and they have an idea themselves seems a bit too big of a demand in my opinion.
