Your first point is true, but I don't think there is any policy that ever solves ALL the problems for ALL the people. there needs to be some starting point. and the robots taking over jobs is happening either way. at least @AndrewYangVFA is offering SOME remedy.

tbh i haven't looked into it that much. from what i got from his interview on JRE i think if you already get more than 1k you don't get anything in addition. but i could be wrong. my point was just to not dismiss the whole idea because it doesn't solve ALL problems. nothing does.

you mean because of the potential inflation that may come with everyone having more money? i know he addressed the inflation issue at some point. don't remember how though. it is definitely one of the topics that needs a lot of examination.
