Trickle up economics will work, trickle down did/does not work. Paying people a decent wage puts more money into the economy and thus would be the rising tide that truly raises all boats.

I just don't think folks who make and have plenty of money are in touch with what the lower class needs. $15 an hour might be better than current wage. But it's not going to change anything. A true wage is more like $22. This is why @AndrewYangVFA and has my vote.

Then everything else goes up how can people get ahead. In the state of Maine it’s 11 dollars and hour and everything else went up to match it.. 3 bedroom apartments are now 1100 in a crappy part of town.. what is the right answer
