Agree. Understanding is a good start. The system is so culturally ingrained with the short term fixation on profit, how is it fixed yet retain critical innovation and motivation ie capitalism?

Short term profit obsession does HARM to motivation, creativity & entrepreneurship because it leaves so many Americans out of the game. Motivation & innovation come from PEOPLE. The greatest source of energy for long-term economic growth lies in helping the American people thrive

You're talking my language! The issue needs a voice. Thanks for engaging and creating an agenda for the issue. My dilemma is seeing a realistic path to this empowerment when we as a people / culture won't vote for long or longer term reinvestment of profits and dividends..
