We need an educational system where parents pay 💯 of their child's education. We need parental accountability. Some people may feel differently but it shouldn't be my responsibility 2 pay for anyone's child. If you can't pay for a child's basic needs u SHOULDN'T have a child.

Free public education basic to a democracy, so people have the mental skills to govern themselves. We should legislate universal access to quality education regardless of financial circumstances. Children are full citizens with the “inalienable right..to the pursuit of happiness”

I agree education is VERY important but a lot of people throw the word free around. Nothing in life is free. Teacher are not free in fact they are greatly under paid. Some people have 3,4,5 kids they can't pay for and what someone to pay that's not fair.

At least they need to pitch in more like college tuition. Parents and kids take this free education for granted and not do crap about education. Students come to my classroom lazier and more entitled and delusional each passing school year.
