The US should pay reparations for slavery in the form of $100B given to educational and economic renewal in the black community, just as Germany paid $89B in reparations to Jews after WW2 & the US paid $20,000 in reparations to each surviving victim of Japanese internment camps.

Thank you for saying this. However, why are you suggesting what the African countries shld use their funds for. Dis you do the same to the Jews and Japanese??

And a portion to each of us as well 🙄
Whites heavily oppose tax-funded reparations, as do the growing Latino and Asian populations. The only future for reparations is the voluntary approach. So open up your purse, Becky, and send your money to reparations.me.

Programs to be decided on by black women who have been on the ground working in their communities and talking about solutions for years. They just didn’t have the resources to implement them.

The USA Racism and discrimination is endemic. The other races are named by race-amaricans like afro-americanos, litino-americans but the white are Caucasians. This is sanitized racism. We are all Americans, period. Human and soul evolution will clear that bloth from history.

Yes, every American who owned a slave should pay every living slave a huge settlement. Total cost: $0.
If reparations are paid, whatever amount they give people should be life-changing. A new home. Enough to start a business or go to college. It should be given to individuals, not given to some organization that will fritter it away. Anything else is just an empty gesture.
