The US should pay reparations for slavery in the form of $100B given to educational and economic renewal in the black community, just as Germany paid $89B in reparations to Jews after WW2 & the US paid $20,000 in reparations to each surviving victim of Japanese internment camps.

Reparations should be paid to people who have been the actual victims, not to their progeny. Think the Egyptians should pay Jews for forcing them to build pyramids eons ago without pay?

100B is a penny and for #AmericanDOS that built this country and faced atrocities in this country we are talking about the quadrillions, but at least an acknowledgement was made for reparations.

Interesting way to address the elephant in the room or in this case in American society.... Looking forward to hear your proposal on this notion... #truthtopower

Here's the thing we can educate ourselves and our economy can go up for Black America but how we going to be able to benefit from it when we have a criminal justice system murdering us from traffic stops to call 911 for help
I would support some reparations to ancestors that had family enslaved, and increased Business Development as well. What about Native Americans? Should they get some form of reparations?

How about eliminating slavery that exists now worldwide, including human trafficking?
