For centuries women had no voice in the public realm. Then we got rights, but still struggled to give ourselves permission to say what we wanted to say. Then we said it but it didn't always come out right. Now we're ready! Time to flood the airwaves with the wisdom that is ours

I disagree to some extent. We neglected to learn to talk and behave like men (every mba program in the 80s and 90s). Now we don’t have to always put up with that s$&t and can speak in a way that requires them to be bilingual. Let’s see how that goes.
