Whoever might have hurt you, the most powerful way to deal with it is to pray for their happiness daily. Within 30 days, they will either change... or you won't care. Prayer lifts us above the emotional turbulence of a bound and unforgiving heart.

I think we have to be mindful of folks who have experienced trauma who may read this. I don't think telling trauma survivors to pray for their abusers happiness is helpful, nor healthy. For others who have been hurt, without trauma? That's different.

You can also ask the universe to remove that person from you for the highest good of everyone involved. Visualize roses in your minds eye being sent out to the person. Hand it over lovingly and see what plays out.
