Our economic system is designed for a select few to make profits off the poverty and social dysfunction of a large set of others.
An economic system that places corporate profits before ethical & moral considerations is the underlying cause of poverty, environmental degradation & most every other form of societal dysfunction. Our govt. serves as a handmaiden to that system, & that is what we need to change.
