With all due respect, that is the very attitude used to start the transfer of wealth from the middle class to the top one per cent. The glorification of market forces and simultaneous denegration of government is exactly what got us here.

You need a bit more history. The success of market forces is several centuries old. You lost me with that and your comment about government serving the people. People have to work for themselves and use limited government to steady those forces.
