What a scam has been perpetrated over last 40 years, training the American people to expect so little from their govt. Health care? Nah. Protection from gun violence? Nah. Economic justice? Nah. Good schools for all our kids? Nah. The scam will continue until the scammed wake up

With all due respect, that is the very attitude used to start the transfer of wealth from the middle class to the top one per cent. The glorification of market forces and simultaneous denegration of government is exactly what got us here.

Eh, yes there is, Article 1, Section 8 defines the powers of the Federal gov’t. The 10th Amendment reserves the other powers to the individual states. What else ya got?

Take a civics class- government's role was designed to..protect/defend. It doesnt give corporations corporate welfare. Pres Trump adjusted corporate taxes comparable to the rest of the world,& Americans win by new job creation which is EXACTLY what has happened.
