Any conservative who thinks liberals are the problem, and any liberal who thinks conservatives are the problem, is being had. The real problem is a force that has created that illusion, to keep all of us distracted while they take all the goods.

No, conservatives are the problem Haha... My first reaction. But, ok, I feel you. But conservatives are *a* problem when we're trying to remember that! Love you, Marianne!

Sorry. What is the "force?" And who is the "they" taking all the goods?

Yes, Marianne, this is something I can finally agree with you on. We're being played by both sides. Yes, I'm conservative, but this past election I voted for Republicans, Democrats and Libertarians. My party doesn't tell me who to vote for.

Divide and conquer - at all levels.

Conservatives are primarily enabling that force - not liberals. Every good thing liberals try to do to help the rest of us is blocked by conservatives. That's a fact.

Also not a fan of labels. People cling to them and even morph their views to align with labels. They also divide us. On some issues I take a more liberal view and on others take a conservative view but don’t like to be labeled as one or the other.

It is the force, the energy of opposites when balance/peace is absent.
