The USA will reinstate sanctions against Iran on Monday. Just to be clear, sanctions do not hurt governments; they hurt innocent men, women & children...who among things, are then told that their misery is due to the Americans. It’s never good policy to purposefully inflict pain.

Thanks. Been negotiating since the 1970s and how has that worked so far? Can you add specifics to affect change with negotiations?
