Day 5 The Wisdom from Suffering. I'm glad the session was made as a stand alone day because it was so very powerful. One of the (many) things that struck me was "we are not denying their pain, we are validating their capacity through the grace of God to move beyond their pain."

It's wired somewhere, our empathy and compassion. Our love is code, it's our connection and our God. Our experiences bring us straight home to each other. And it's all we're asked to do as humans. Really. To keep opening our hearts. That's what I wish for all of us - open hearts.
