When Trump says he doesn’t want to end the $110B deal with Saudi Arabia because he “wants Boeing, Raytheon & Lockheed to get those orders for buying all that incredible equipment,” it’s not about “jobs.” It’s about $multiB corporate profits for the military industrial contractors

And while we are thinking about it, those companies are not providing constructive items, I believe they’re providing weapons of destruction/maiming. I’m sure Trump realises there’s no profit in peace.

The same engineering and manufacturing genius that creates more military hardware then the world needs, could be repurposed by conscious capitalist and governmental behavior for use building the external infrastructure of a peaceful world.

Yup (wherein as much as 50% margins goes to a small circle of pockets) 👊. While the cyber-war continues... where is the cyber update from a mute WH?

Cut the $110B deal and watch how many jobs get cut. You act as though Trump is the only president to do this. Every president has sold weapons to other nations. Been doing it for 200 years. Why? Because of jobs.

Of course it is about jobs and profits and retirements, and.. Those large companies have contracts with many small businesses. Lots of good paying jobs. More profits for retirement plans.

Sadly, while he’s in office all large scale decisions will be about greed and what’s in it for him while hiding behind MAGA. The people and human rights are the least of his concern #BlueWaveIsComing
