The president says it would be punishing ourselves to cancel the $110B arms sale to Saudi Arabia, even though all evidence points to their having murdered Khashoggi. No, it’s punishing ourselves to sacrifice moral & ethical values at the altar of a false economic God #bloodmoney

I talk plenty about America’s corruption past & present, & part of our corruption is being willing to play along with corrupt regimes. You know as well as everyone else what probably happened & no I will not be quiet about it. I’m an American woman & proud of my right to speak up

People are convicted of murder on circumstantial evidence all the time. “Beyond a reasonable doubt” does not always include finding a body. We will probably find out more in the next few days

Not sure why you’re rushing to defend something so hideous (and the private jets that arrived in Istanbul from Saudi Arabia? Saudi Arabia not allowing Turkish officials into the consulate?), but we’ll have to leave it at a draw I guess. For Khashoggi’s sake, I hope I’m wrong.

You and I do not agree disagree about that. But neither have I said categorically that I know they did it. I did not say that.I spoke to the fact that Trump has said that even if they did, he has no interest in cancelling the arms deal.
