By acting, imagining something else, do we miss an opportunity to discover what's there in that darkness, by turning on our inner light?

I don’t think so. My experience is that I can process my wound and at the same time know that I don’t have to act from it.

I chose hospice for my dad 2 months ago over continued treatments and I’ve not been able to rest after he died thinking “what did I do”...
