Anger isn’t the best motivation for political activism because it’s like white sugar. It gives a short term high but that’s all. Better is the real nourishment of love for our country, love for our democracy, and commitment to save it for our children and our children’s children.

Absolutely true. That's why Mitch McConnell has been winning. Because of his long-term commitment to keeping power and money in the hands of an entitled few. Dems have no long-term plan, or if they do, they don't communicate it very well.

We MUST be on a journey towards healing and wholeness to best fulfill on any purpose, including activism, or we may self destruct and mess the whole thing up!

Anger is a step out of fear, lingering there is unhealthy. Anger used as a pivot is empowering! We need teachers like you to guide the fearful. Love is the answer ❤️
