Women need to change our consciousness from asking for a seat at the table to taking a seat at the table.

My experience is that when women are in informal settings, they will speak from power. But, as soon as they sit down at the table, they become mute or agreeable. I could read the table, knew what needed to be done and spoke to that. Still do. I'm sure this is a class upcoming

I personally would like for it to go back to the day when a Gentleman held the chair for the Lady. Unfortunately, I must conclude those days are gone forever. So much for teaching our Sons to be Gentlemen.

In the long run what we really need to do though is change our worldview, our perspective away form „us vs them“, women vs men“, Democrats vs Republicans, Right against wrong and, good against evil (whatever that means for us) and just turn toward non-dual, all encompassing, LOVE
