Women need to change our consciousness from asking for a seat at the table to taking a seat at the table.

This is a strange statement to me. In a household of 4 daughters $ 1 son, we were all raised strong minded, physically, independent, & forces to be reckoned with. I know no other way! I also have respect for men, a sense of humor, speak fluent sarcasm!! 💪🏻❤️🇺🇸

That's still nothing like the time when ladies had their chairs held for them at the table by gentlemen. Seems to me that my great grandparents lived a much better life with respect to the differences between men and women in society. It's a start though Marianne.
