Women are truly equal to men... without this equality there is no balance and it’s why the worlds in the mess it’s in today

Agreed. Labor laws, including child labor laws, women’s suffrage, civil rights...all exist because those with integrity TOOK those rights. We The People are the cause of laws, we’re not at the mercy of them.

I see this differently. I am trying to gain respect by being open, vulnerable, and speaking my values and needs clearly without emotional reaction. I desire that chair to be pulled out for me. With adoration, respect, and appreciation of my power as a woman. No more separation

Women already have a seat at the table. The most powerful woman in Washington yesterday was Susan Collins.

And/or be the table. Early 2000s I facilitated all male national dealer + minority dealer + auto execs council meetings by insisting on harmony and inclusivity although they resisted, until they didn’t. #takeyourseat #bethetable

Or to create our own tables. Just how long would any business survive without women in it? Why put our energy into fighting what is? Why not create our own government, businesses, helping professions. The men can join us if they choose but we don't have to pound on their door
