Peaceful political revolution Is a marathon; it’s not a sprint. It’s a journey; some days will be good & some days not so good. Learning to absorb disappointment when disappointment occurs is part of the process. The status quo will win some skirmishes, but it won’t win the day.

They've been "winning" for the last two years. When will it end? It is so disheartening.

This isn't a marathon. We are about to lose our democracy. It's like saying pray for peace when The Nazi's are taking over .This is the eleventh hour. He will deny women's access to birth control. The climate is catastrophic. We are living Orwell's and Huxley's nightmare.

This one is excruciating. What do you do for #selfcare to absorb this kind of disappointment?

I will try to keep my peace of mind and enjoy what is left of my life. And I will vote.
