We’re going to dismiss the patriarchy in much the same way that for the last few hundred or 1000 years the patriarchy has dismissed us.

How does one get from exclusive to inclusive ? Constant presence , focus and perserverance? We have a better intuitive sense then men. Important to show our strengths. Unity not dismissal. The silent awakening! We work from the inside out. Focus on getting more women..

I think it’s the oppression of women in general. Yes we now get a seat at the table but still we are not heard.

Women who have benefited from the patriarchy, (born wealthy or married wealth, usually white) see it as benevolent. Much like slaves who were lucky enough to work in the house as opposed to the field.
