People say we should understand a Senator voting for Kavanaugh even if he or she does not think he belongs on the Court, if it means risking their defeat in Nov. No, I do not understand. All of us have to make ethical decisions. Vote according to your conscience, not your polls.

In Congress individuals vote along party lines over 95% of the time. That's in both sides of the aisle. It's a problem.

I do not think that the woman is lying about Kavanaugh is guilty and President Trump is not entitled to nominate him to a sensitive and symbolic site related to popular conscience and justice. At least to avoid inconveniences and inappropriate and unjustifiable errors
