Germany paid $89B to Jewish organizations since the Holocaust. We should have similar plan of reparations for slavery. Until then we wont have made a fundamental economic amends. Not enough to stop kicking someone to the ground; you also owe it to them to help them get back up.

Well, they paid them while most Germans of WWII age were still alive. My ancestors were virtual slaves of the English and over a million starved to death during the great famine, but it would be absurd for the English today to pay me reparations. Ditto slavery reparations.

It's not that different. Many of the undeserving rich of Britain are rich because the Govt used poor people's taxes to buy the slaves into freedom. If those people were knocked off their perches and forced to repay we would have a much better country.
