We should massively realign our resources in support of children 8 years old & younger. Every child should have the best education, healthcare, sports, food, exposure to the arts etc.That would be the most powerful long-term economic stimulus & support for a sustainable future.

Oh that is VERY political. The United States is the only country that bases our education funding on property values, ensuring that poor children receive less quality education and extending wealth inequality into the next generation.

Yes of course. But as someone who has done a lot of nonprofit work in my life, I think we all need to be clear that no amount of charity can compensate for a basic lack of social justice. Huge systemic economic issues still need to be addressed.
