Is this a treatment to hang in there no matter how the other is behaving? I believe far too many women are being mistreated, but make excuses to stay in the relationship because they are afraid of letting go. So, where does one draw the line on "screwing up" and "betrayal?"

This is so beautifully said. Wow! There is so much distrust in the people today. Everyone always thinking people want what they have, or want to take what they have. And when genuine authentic people come around we don’t believe it’s possible that they have good intentions. Sad.
