Confederate flag to a black person is like a Nazi flag to a Jew; such symbols need to be removed. Confederate statues could be in a museum, replaced by winning submissions in a contest to create great contemporary art to replace them. We can respond to the past & reset the future

More like people are allowing them too. They serve as a reminder of how we messed up. Something's are more important than "feelings"
