It's a shame. These kids in school nowadays have no clue of the history of the USA. They don't know WWl WWll Korea the Civil War the civil rights movement women's rights. All hard fought & blood shed. I think they want stupid kids=stupid adults.
Significantly contributing to the de-democratization of the US has been a failure to teach our youth what democracy even is. Only 8 states require civics education! If you don’t learn the Bill of Rights as a child, you don’t know to be apalled as an adult when it’s under attack.
