The greatest change we need today is an expansion of our capacity to love, from a narrow focus on me to a broader focus on we. It’s not enough to just love our own children or our own home. We must begin to see every child as one of our children and the earth itself as our home.

Always brilliant. Thank you! We are more magnificent then we give ourselves credit. Let's have within and without this lovingness to all. It is what indeed we need to bring to the table.

So true! I use the Buddhist meditative practice of tonglen. Breathing in the suffering and pain of others and breathing out healing, relief, love. Pema Chodron introduced this to me in her article “Transforming the Heart of Suffering.” Amazing! 🙏❤️ mypathtozen.com
