The younger you are the more you know some things, and the older you are the more you know other things. No generation has a monopoly on truth, so much as each has its own unique insight into it.

There is a deliberate attempt at alienating different generations from each other. It is a form of ageism. Geniuses, innovators and heroes exist across all age ranges. Let's embrace great ideas found across all age groups.

And then there’s the stuff that you kinda sorta wish you didn’t know. Oof.

God monopolizes Truth! Humans r wise when seeking His Wisdom! Jm 1:5 If any lacks wisdom, ask God, who gives generously 2 all without finding fault, & it will be given to you. Jer 33:3 ‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’

No human has a monopoly on truth, which means each person can represent myself. How could a president, senator, or congresswoman "represent" me when they don't know me? #MarianneYouAreSoCloseToFreedom #CanYouHandleTheTruth

Also we need to challenge stereotypes. I know millennials that prefer to read books on paper and aren’t obsessed with social media and their phones and I know baby boomers who can’t put down their phones.

And that which needlessly distances and divides us delays our joining in the fullness of Love's expression, Peace and Truth.

Yes, let’s honor each other and grow , learn and be inspired by each other. I have great faith in our young leaders and young children who are finding their ways to make our world a kinder, more supportive and compassionate world. Our future is in good hands. 💕
